Located in Nova Scotia’s vibrant French Acadian region, Little Brook Wine and Spirits brings together the premium spirits of Little Brook Distilling Co. and the handcrafted wines of the newly established Belliveau Wine Co. Both portfolios are proudly owned by parent company Statera Spirits Inc.

Meet the Team
Dan Surette, Co-Founder, brings over 20 years of experience in banking, food, and wine. With an MBA from Saint Mary’s University and a Winemaking Certificate from Washington State University, he also previously owned Vins Maison Meuse et Fils and has worked as an Assistant Winemaker—blending expertise with hands-on dedication.

Ashley Beaton, Co-Founder, is a massage therapist, aspiring grower, and passionate advocate for local food systems. Her vision for sustainable agriculture and self-reliant communities drives the distillery’s focus on local sourcing and food security.
